Did you hear that OUR Forever First Lady Michelle Obama is scheduled to headline this year’s Essence Fest?

Former First Lady has always kept herself busy before, after and during Barack Obama’s time in office. In many of our minds she is the “Forever First Lady”. Well for her next act, this fabulous woman will be headlining the Essence Festival. For more on information on who what and where and updates on Michelle… via Detroit Praise Network

According to Essence.com, “Making her debut at the Festival as we celebrate 25 years of moving the culture forward, the global icon and best-selling author will take part in a special keynote conversation on the Superdome mainstage on Saturday, July 6. All Saturday Superdome ticket holders will have the opportunity to see Mrs. Obama speak.”
